HOW DO I GET ENROLLED?

Yes, you will need to create a new customer account during checkout or if you already have an
account, simply login first. You may also create a new account prior to beginning your order.
WHAT DISCOUNTS DO I RECEIVE ?
You’ll receive 20% off your autoship orders as long as your subscription remains active and
current. The 20% discount will start after your first order and will remain active as long as you’re
enrolled.
CAN I PAUSE MY AUTOSHIP?
You may pause your autoship any time by accessing your account under the subscriptions tab. Once
you resume your autoship, your credit card on file will be billed and your order will be prepared for
delivery.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY AUTOSHIP?
You can cancel your autoship anytime, up until 24 hours of your renewal date, by accessing your
account. You may also e-mail our team at support@swisscannalife.com and request that your
subscription be canceled.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT CANCEL IN TIME & NEW PRODUCT IS SHIPPED?
If this instance, you will be responsible for returning the new product; unopened, unused – directly
to our fulfillment center. Once in receipt of the items, we will issue you a full credit minus shipping
& handling. Once the product is received back from you, please allow up to 7 business days for a
refund to post to your debit or credit card.
